Help your athlete up their game this summer with Express Fitness Studio's Get Ahead program. We welcome athletes ages 13-18 who would like to get ahead of their competition through a variety of fitness courses. Athletes will receive:

  • 6 FULL BODY WORKOUT SESSIONS

  • 2 AQUA BAG BOXING SESSIONS

  • 2 CORE SESSIONS

  • 2 ACTIVE YOGA SESSIONS

Athletes will need to bring:
