T.A.G.

Focuses on toned thighs, flatter abs and lifted booty. Be prepared to use dumbbells, kettle bells, power glide disc, simply fit boards and fitness balls to get rid of thunder thighs, love handles and muffin tops.

ONLINE/REMOTE TRAINING

Not able to make it to Express Fitness Studio? No worries, do it online from your living room or basement remotely. We will work your entire body through body weight, cardio and resistance band exercises. 

THREE QUARTERS

Test your fitness with this 90 minutes of high calorie burn, high intensity and mentally challenging class. 3 quarters is broken up into 3 segments - cardio boxing, strength and T.A.G. (Thighs, Abs, Glutes). Each segment could be 18-20 minutes. We'll use Dumbells, Kettlebells, Resistance Bands, Slam Balls, your own body weight and more. It's a very awesome and rewarding class!

FULL BODY EXPLOSION

Attack the entire body through diverse exercises using kettle-bells, dumbbells, jump rope, resistance bands, suspension straps, tires, mini trampoline, speed ladder, slam balls, power glide disc, and THE BATTLE ROPE.

BOOTY / RESISTANCE BAND

What a great way to shape your hips and booty! Resistance bands add additional resistance to natural movements like squats, lunges, slides and kicks. While they are great for targeting your core and lower body, they can also be used for shoulders and arms.
